HER Box FAQ

HER Box is a subscription box experience. Each quarter you will receive a thoughtfully curated box of stationery and home goods items. But it is not just a box! On the first Sunday of the quarter we come together to participate in a VIP virtual journal lounge experience led by Founder and Journal Advocate, Vanessa Sashanne.  

Each box is thoughtfully curated with stationery items such as unique journaling prompts, stickers, journals, planners, and small self-care item or surprise gift to enhance your experience.

Boxes are shipped 2.5 weeks prior to each VIP Journal Lounge session, ensuring you have everything you need in time.

Renewals occur quarterly on the 15th day of the second month of the quarter (e.g., February 15, May 15, August 15, November 15).

Yes, you can manage your subscription anytime through your account. Skip a quarter or cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

The Virtual Journal Lounge is exclusive to subscription members. The curated box ensures everyone has the same tools and materials for a shared creative experience.

We work hard to ensure timely delivery, but if your box is delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@herjournallounge.com, and we’ll make it right.

A QR code will be included in your box that directs you to the virtual lounge that will open 15 minutes before the session. We also send a couple of reminder emails with the link before the date.

Don’t worry! A recording will be available for that quarter's subscribers to catch up and follow along at their convenience.
